Player's Name: Kippur
Are you over 16? Yes
Characters Played Here: Alec Troven, Rory McCallum

Character: Felix
Series/Canon: Once Upon a Time
From When? Sometime during Think Lovely Thoughts as Pan gets Henry’s heart.

History: Felix on the Once Upon a Time wikia

Personality:

Felix projects an aura of calm indifference mixed with smugness about everything and everyone. When Pan gave Henry a crossbow and told Felix to put an apple on his head for Henry to shoot, he did so with a smirk on his face, completely unworried about what would happen. He knew nothing bad would happen because he believes that Pan would never do anything to hurt him, his most loyal of lost boys. In fact, Pan is Felix’s entire world. Pan is Felix’s family. He says in Save Henry that “Pan is the only family they need” when the heroes try and turn the Lost Boys against Pan. When it works, it’s one of the few times his calm completely breaks. The idea that someone could lose faith in Pan is unacceptable to him. The other time he lost his cool is when Hook mentions something about Rufio, another Lost Boy presumably dead. It’s not known what exactly it is Hook did to Rufio, but it’s enough to drive Felix from his calm almost bored actions in the fight to near furious. Rufio was a lost boy and thus family. He considers Pan and the Lost Boys family enough that he doesn’t hear Pan’s flute playing any more, the flute that Pan plays for boys who feel lost and unwanted.

Despite his cocky, devil may care attitude, Felix tends to be a bit more cautious than Pan is. When things start to look like they might get out of hand - when Neal and Mr. Gold team up to rescue Henry - he suggests moving the boy to protect their plans. He wants to make sure nothing can go wrong. Pan disagrees with this and he reluctantly goes along with it.

He is quite willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and cares very little for people not in his family. Felix enjoys tormenting and threatening people, when he’s in a position of power, from almost gleefully telling Hook what will happen if he’s hiding the boy they’re looking to, to watching Rumplestiltskin cry after giving him a doll from his childhood to telling Neal what will happen to him now that he’s back on the island and Pan isn’t happy with him. Though a great deal of this is related to his belief that Pan will protect him from any trouble that might happen.

It is, perhaps sadly, this belief in Pan that sustains him and keeps him running. Even when it seemed like all was lost and he was getting kidnapped and taken to Storybrooke he knew that Pan would come for him. He didn’t know how it would happen, but he knew it would.

In New Dodge, without Pan, Felix will truly be a Lost Boy. He will be among strangers for the first time in a very long while. Possibly hundreds of years, long while. And the few people that he does know are his enemies. They would more than likely be more than happy to see him locked up or tossed out the dome. He knows that he will need to make allies or at least find people sympathetic enough to him that he can have some protection in case the Dark One or the Evil Queen decide that maybe he doesn’t really deserve a second chance. Meanwhile he will be waiting for Pan or for his chance to get home, whichever comes first.

Three to four paragraphs. Don't stress about this section too much; it's not to impress the mods. It's more for use as a reference for other players and to check against the samples for accuracy. You must have three to four solid paragraphs, however!

Try to focus on things like the character's motivations, morality, views of family and friendships, hopes, fears, etc.

If you like, include your character's motivations for accepting the offer to live in New Dodge and how you think they'll fare.

Why do you think your character would work in this setting?

Felix would be an interesting character to play in this setting because everyone else from his canon that’s currently there is not one of his friends. The most important person in his life, Pan, is not there and without him, Felix is a bit on the lost side. He will need to figure out how to live not as a Pan’s chief Lost One but instead as Felix… whoever that is.

He will not be happy being there and want to go back to Neverland, but he’s the sort of person who does need other people and so will try to get along, especially since he knows the others will be watching him. As soon as the six months are gone, unless something happens, he will go home.

What will your character do for work? Felix will possibly be working for Mr. Gold. Or haunting the orchards.

Your character must have a job in New Dodge.

Inventory: Felix has his clothes on his back and a knife.

Samples: And now for the hard part! If you need a prompt for your samples, refer back to the Applications Page.

Pan will come.

This is a matter of fact. It’s all a matter of time. And when he does, we’ll be able to play…

But until then I need to wait. The question is, really, what do I do until then? I could make nice with the people from my world…. some of them are soft enough to believe that maybe I could be turned away from Pan. (And I don’t believe them when they say he’s dead. Pan never fails). But I don’t know how far I can trust the others.

[sighs.]

It might be better to make friends with the others. The ones who don’t know Pan. Get them sympathetic to me and then they’ll be more willing to listen to Pan.

I am not home.

But I’m not Lost, despite what the others might think. I will find myself a place here. I will succeed here. I will not fail.
